Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a technical production environment
• Experience with LEAN/Continuous Improvement
• Proven knowledge of ERP systems
• Proven knowledge of a technical environment and preferably experience in a production environment
