Team Leader Operations ES

As a Team Leader in Operations ES, you will be responsible for improving operational performance using LEAN/Continuous Improvement, leading a team of 30-70 employees, and developing processes. You will work in a dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and personal growth. You will be part of the Engine Services team at KLM Engineering & Maintenance on Schiphol-Oost, where you will report to the Plant Leader MRO or Plant Leader Repair.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a technical production environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Knowledge of a technical environment and experience in a production environment
• Ability to work in a team and lead a team of 30-70 employees
