Job Description
Xsens is seeking an experienced Team Leader Production to lead its production operations, ensuring timely and accurate production and shipping of products. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in an international (high) tech environment, proven leadership capabilities, and experience with ERP systems, MRP, and ISO methodologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience in an international (high) tech environment
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems, MRP and/or other planning methodologies
- Experience with ISO methodologies
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong understanding of complex information and requirements
- Good communication skills in both English and Dutch
