Nurse Practitioner

Matrix Medical Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical assessment and care to patients in their homes and skilled nursing facilities. The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing, current licensure and certification, and experience in healthcare.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Master's Degree in Nursing required
• Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice
• Board certification by AANP or ANCC, in Adult, Family Practice and Geriatrics or Adult-Gerontology
• Current CPR certification
• Valid state driver license
• Ability to drive a car
• Ability to travel by public transportation and airplanes
