Work under the direction of a Journeyperson or Foreman to gain a high level of skill in the industrial maintenance/turnaround/construction/or mechanical environment and apprenticeship.
Requirements

- Learn how to assemble and disassemble refinery equipment
- Perform duties within a precise limit or standard of accuracy (Quality Control)
- Gain the knowledge to work from drawings and blueprints
- Learn how to run several types of equipment (forklifts, manlifts, etc.)
- Perform Turnaround duties when required
- Work well with supervision
- Select the proper tools and equipment to complete a job
- Attend apprenticeship classes for the duration of the apprenticeship
