NCCER Rigger (Advanced)

The Advanced Rigger is responsible for preparation, installation and operation of rigging gear and equipment such as slings, chokers chains, hoists and come alongs; prepares components for lifting by cranes, forklift or similar operated lifting equipment. This position requires travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (3) year of mechanical, industrial or refinery maintenance experience
• NCCER Advance Rigger Cert
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Understanding of load capacity charts and specifications
• Knowledge of crane hand signals
• Ability to measure and assess plumbness, levelness, alignment
• Knowledge of safety monitoring equipment
• Successful completion of Company's Safety training and Client / Site specific training
