Job Description
The Millwright will inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain all mechanical equipment in a major producing unit or assigned area. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in refinery maintenance/turnaround/power plant or construction experience.
Requirements
- Inspect equipment for defects
- Dismantle, clean, repair, replace, install, maintain, assemble, and lubricate mechanical equipment
- Adjust equipment for proper operating characteristics
- Operate simple machine tools
- Erect scaffolds and perform simple rigging
- Work with repair crews on emergency breakdowns
