Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician will provide direct patient care within the Mattapan Community. This role is part of a clinical team and focuses on maintaining effective inter-disciplinary relationships and maximizing community-based health center leadership. Responsibilities include direct medical services, strategic consultation, and coordinating care for patients.
Requirements
- Provide direct medical services to patients in Adult, Pediatric, and Adolescent Medicine.
- Perform and document medical histories and exams.
- Prescribe and/or dispense medications.
- Refer to specialists and coordinate care.
- Maintain clinical competence in diagnostic and surgical procedures.
- Participate in clinical QI/QA initiatives.
