Senior Experiential Producer (On-Site, New York)

MATTE is seeking a Senior Experiential Producer to lead high-end experiential production for a variety of clients, requiring strong creative production capabilities and technical understanding to manage technical partners and ensure feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in experiential marketing production
• Track record of managing a team and employees with different working styles
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships
