Sr Consumer Products Associate

As the Senior Consumer Products Associate, you will act as the strategic partner to Mattel’s Master Licensee in India, working closely with the CP Manager to accelerate growth, strengthen execution, and protect brand integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience, including exposure to Licensee or partner management (CPG, retail, or licensing preferred), Indian consumer market dynamics and retail landscape.
• Strong external partner management and influencing skills
• Solid commercial acumen with experience analyzing royalty and sales data
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Advanced MS Office proficiency and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., DAM, SharePoint)
• Strong understanding of business planning and retail operations
• A strategic thinker who can also execute with precision
• A collaborative partner comfortable working in a matrix organization
