Job Description
Xerxes, a division of Mattr, is looking for a Production Manager to lead a diverse manufacturing workforce and drive accountability, collaboration, and safety in a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, and a strong safety-first approach to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of manufacturing experience
- At least 5 years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Lean / Six Sigma mindset
- Experience working in fiberglass or composite manufacturing environments (e.g., boat building, pool manufacturing, or similar industries) strongly preferred
- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is considered an asset
