System On Chip Architect

MatX is seeking an experienced System-on-Chip (SoC) Architect to lead the design of our next-generation AI-focused, server-class silicon. The successful candidate will have industry experience in complex SoC architectures and knowledge of memory systems and interconnect fabrics.

Requirements

• Industry experience in complex SoC architectures
• Knowledge of memory systems and interconnect fabrics, including industry standards
• Ability to define functional and PPA requirements from use cases
• Sound architectural judgment in driving trade-off decisions
• Excellent technical communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Experience collaborating across hardware, software, and third-party IP teams
• Programming/scripting skills (verilog, bash, C/C++, python etc)
