Job Description
At maurices, we're looking for a District Leader to oversee the success of our district, including stores in Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, and South Dakota. The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, a strong interest in fashion, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Retail management experience required, with multi-store supervisory experience preferred
- Strong interest in fashion and product knowledge
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Business and financial acumen, including strong analytical skills
- Ability to motivate and challenge teams to achieve results
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office
