Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing coaching, leadership, and support to managers and employees regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs. This role leads and manages all employment practices, including recruitment, orientation, and employee development. The successful candidate will ensure legal compliance, administer employee benefits and payroll programs, and manage performance reviews and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource related field
- M.S. degree is a plus
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience; manufacturing environment preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Bilingual is preferred
