Job Description
The Key Account Manager is an experienced manager that builds and cultivates long-term, strategic vertical relationships with large, complex customers and their broader organization. The role involves assessing customer ongoing needs and fulfilling them with valued packaging solutions, creating a mutual, valued long-term strategic partnership.
Requirements
- BA/BS Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or Communications
- Strong background in Sales and the Packaging industry
- Proven record of delivering YoY growth
- Proficient with CRM tools to aid in territory and customer management
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Proven ability to analyze customer trends, financials and data, and make recommendations on strategy and customer management
