Job Description
The Production Manager is responsible for leading all production activities within a high-volume, 24/7 injection molding operation, providing strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure production goals, cost targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in injection molding or plastics.
- Proven experience managing production supervisors and large hourly workforces.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in labor forecasting, payroll, and cost control.
- Experience operating in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
