Job Description
The Line Cook performs a variety of restaurant/kitchen related tasks including food preparation, product stocking and rotation, food prep, and basic cleaning duties. Works between both Maverick Casino & Hotel and Gold Country Inn & Casino.
Requirements
- Previous prep or line cook experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking procedures and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to read and satisfactorily communicate in English with co-workers and management.
