Job Description
Max Insurance is looking for a Broker Support Specialist to manage and grow relationships within their existing broker network. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry and strong networking skills.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, preferably as an insurance producer
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to generate new broker pipelines within designated region
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
