Job Description
MAX Solutions RTO, known as AKG, is seeking a casual trainer for short courses delivering work ready skills and digital literacy training. The trainer will upskill students to begin or further progress their career path. The position is casual, with a 5-day block schedule, and requires a current up-to-date TAE40116 qualification, including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B. Relevant qualifications and industry currency are also required.
Requirements
- Must hold a current up to date TAE40116 including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B
- Minimum Cert III in Business, Business Admin, preferably trainer with experience with the BSB training Package.
- Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
- Experience in delivering work ready skills and digital literacy training
- Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
