Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Several years of experience in recruiting scarce profiles at a recruitment agency or corporate recruitment department
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Proven HR experience
- Ability to initiate change and involve or direct colleagues in this process
- Creativity with campaigns and skills in social media
- Independence and solution-orientation, proactivity, and communicative skills
