Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking an organized and motivated Proposal Coordinator to support proposal preparation from kickoff through production and submission, working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves developing clear, compliant, and compelling proposals for Federal Government contracts.
Requirements
- Support proposal preparation from kickoff through production and submission.
- Assist with RFP analysis, compliance checks, and document organization.
- Coordinate with capture, technical, and pricing teams to gather and format proposal inputs.
- Maintain version control, document repositories, and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Edit and proofread sections of proposals for clarity, tone, and compliance.
- Help manage subcontractor data calls and inputs.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline content development and improve efficiency.
- Participate in color team reviews and process improvement initiatives.
- Track submission schedules, deliverables, and post-proposal lessons learned.
- Support maintenance of corporate past performance data and reusable content libraries.
