HR Intern

Maxwell Energy Systems seeks an HR Intern to join its Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment efforts, contribute to talent acquisition strategies, and gain hands-on experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a regular MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Innovative thinking and openness to new ideas
