Director, Statistical Programming

Maze is looking for a Director of Statistical Programming who will help shape the data foundation of our clinical development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming for clinical research and experience leading teams to deliver high-quality programming outputs.

Requirements

• Define and implement statistical programming strategy, standards, and best practices across development programs.
• Lead the design, development, validation, and maintenance of SAS macros, scripts, and applications supporting clinical data analysis, reporting, and regulatory deliverables.
• Manage CROs and external programming vendors, including scope, timelines, quality, and budget oversight.
• Represent the statistical programming function in cross-functional meetings and strategic initiatives.
