Job Description
Maze Therapeutics is looking for a Director of Statistical Programming to lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of statistical programming across multiple clinical studies.
Requirements
- An advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Masterâs degree with 10+ years of experience, or Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience
- A track record of leading statistical programming efforts across multiple clinical studies or regulatory submissions
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity while influencing across project teams
- A collaborative leadership style that emphasizes mentorship, knowledge sharing, and developing others
- Deep technical expertise in statistical programming for clinical research, with familiarity in CDISC standards, submissionâready deliverables, and modern programming best practices
