Mazzoni Center is seeking a Director of Clinical Research to lead and oversee our growing portfolio of clinical studies.

Requirements

Oversee all clinical research operations, including staffing, resources, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure full compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and other regulatory and ethical standards.
Develop and maintain quality systems aligned with core Risk-Based Quality Management principles.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a multidisciplinary research team (investigators, nurses, coordinators).
Partner with sponsors, CROs, and other collaborators to ensure successful study execution.
Conduct and oversee participant assessments, recruitment, and retention efforts.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across all studies.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain study quality and safety.
Foster transparent, equitable partnerships with community stakeholders, ensuring that research outcomes are both academically rigorous and socially impactful.
Drive continuous process improvement in research operations and quality management.
