Expo/Runner

The Strand House is looking for an Expo/Runner to join their team. The ideal candidate has weekend and PM availability, is comfortable working in a team environment, and enjoys great food, drinks, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of expo, food runner and restaurant experience in a fast pace fine dining restaurant
• Ability to expedite orders, attend to customers' needs and possess a strong desire to fulfill the desires of the customers at all times
• Ability to engage in casual conversation with customers without sounding too personal
• Maintain a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills
• Adaptable and are able to thrive in a team environment
• Ability to shift gears quickly and multitask
• Handle pressure with ease
• Come to work in dress code and stay well groomed
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant with expo and food runner knowledge
• High school diploma
