Seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer to lead and grow a portfolio of water and wastewater utility infrastructure projects, with opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and long-term career growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Kentucky
- 10–15 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design and construction administration within a consulting environment
- Strong technical expertise in water resource engineering
- Experience in planning, design, bidding, and construction phases of infrastructure projects
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Experience in proposal development and client service management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Newforma preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
