Caregiver - PRN (On Call)

We are seeking a Caregiver to assist residents in their daily living activities, provide superior customer service, and maintain resident dignity and respect. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and be part of a supportive community team.

Requirements

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly
• Read and follow care plans
• Assist residents in their daily living activities
• Provide assistance at mealtime
• Transport residents as necessary
• Perform regular safety checks
• Encourage residents to participate in daily activities
• Invite, encourage, assist and lead residents in meaningful and life enriching activities
• Clean, complete laundry, and assist with all other community activities and job duties as required or assigned
• Manage oxygen tanks and concentrators per MD orders for resident needs
• Chart and document appropriate information
• Respond promptly to all resident alerts
• Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times
