Job Description
The Memory Care Director at MBK Senior Living is responsible for managing all operations of connections for living (CFL) and administering MBK signature programs to meet the specific needs of all residents within CFL. The role involves overseeing resident wellness services, CFL dining, environmental safety, family support, team development, community education, and enrichment programs.
Requirements
- AA or Certificate in gerontology, social services, business administration, or similar
- At least 20 hours of continued education in aging and dementia care
- Prior related work experience functioning in a similar memory care management role
- Prior management or supervisory experience
- Prior experience working with persons with dementia
- Caregiver Certification
- Current First Aid Certification
- Solid pc skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite software programs
