Job Description
Our Leasing Associates provide an environment like no other, uniquely focused on delivering amazing customer service. While also providing solutions and inspiration to customers to help them solve their housing needs.
Requirements
- Meet with prospective tenants and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications
- Assist prospects in viewing model apartments and discuss available facilities and terms of lease
- Complete lease forms or agreements and collect rental deposits
- Keep track of approval process of each lease file and communicate with residents
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Deal with resident concerns and requests in a timely basis
