Requirements

• Meets with prospective tenants and records information
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments
• Completes lease forms or agreements
• Answers incoming phone calls
• Compiles listings of available units for rent
• Represents the company in a professional manner
• Deals with resident concerns and requests
• Assists in the distribution of community-issued notices
• Walks the grounds and available units to communicate inventory
