Requirements

• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Document financial transactions
• Maintain accounting/internal controls
• Reconcile financial discrepancies
• Analyze budget vs actual monthly expenses
• Maintains and prepares properties petty cash
• Manage operating cash and monthly vendor payments
• Collaborative with other departments
• Acts as liaison to internal and external auditors
• Compile and sort documents
• Audit invoices against purchase orders
• Investigates problems with vendors or purchasing agents
• Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods
• Reconcile bank statements
• Monitors loans and accounts payable and receivable
• Reviews, balances, and interprets computer reports
