Digital Transformation Consultant Intern

Role Overview

As a digital transformation consultant intern, you will play a key role in the modernization and optimization of HR processes for our large corporate clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of innovative and customized solutions to address the complex challenges of human resource management in the digital era.

What You Will Do

You will accompany the client in the project design phase, ensure the deployment of the solution, accompany your client at the project management level, and ensure the animation of the steering committees. You will also verify the conformity of the solution in the testing phase and ensure the deployment of the project by declining an efficient change management strategy.

Requirements

• Graduate from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree
• Fluent English (B2 level)
