McAdams is a full-service land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, transportation, and geomatics firm seeking a Survey Manager to lead land surveying projects, supervise staff, and build client relationships.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Florida.
• Bachelors in Geomatics preferred.
• 2-5 years years of office/field experience in Land Surveying.
• Highly motivated to develop and grow the land surveying sector within the region.
• Ability to work within a multi-discipline engineering firm for many clients with differing project deliverables standards.
• Ability to lead a team of surveying professionals.
• Ability to independently manage and grow key client relationships.
• Technical abilities required to lead and advise the surveying project team through project execution and delivery.
