Job Description
McAdams is seeking a Survey Manager to lead the land surveying team, provide resource management, and build relationships with clients to deliver high-quality land surveying services.
Requirements
- Lead the land surveying team
- Provide resource management
- Resolve complex technical problems
- Coach, train, and mentor land surveying staff members
- Work collaboratively with all team members
- Establish, promote, and ensure quality on all project and work performed by group staff
- Promote a culture of safety among the survey staff members
- Develop proposals or contracts
- Understand business initiatives and concerns of current and prospective clients
- Develop and foster client relations
- Responsible for the profitable operation of the Tampa/Orlando surveying group
