The Director, HR Business Partner is a strategic leader responsible for advising senior executives, shaping workforce and organizational strategies, and driving talent initiatives that enable meaningful business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a senior level HRBP
- Demonstrated success advising senior executives and shaping organizational strategy
- Strong expertise in org design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations
- Ability to interpret people analytics and provide data-driven recommendations
- Exceptional influencing, consulting, and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading large-scale projects.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Background and interest in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments
- Masterâs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field a plus
