Job Description
Weâre seeking a handsâon analytics professional to lead Retention Analytics at McAfee. In this role, you will provide dataâdriven, actionable insights into subscriber journeys, lifecycle performance, and the effectiveness of retention marketing effortsâstrengthening retention outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years in an analytical, management consulting, finance, or similar roleâincluding people-leadership experience (3+ years)
- Proven ability to structure and solve exploratory problems
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Advanced Excel and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable using SQL, Python, and generative AI tools as needed
