Job Description
The Crane Operator is responsible for operating overhead cranes and forklifts to lift and move loads in a safe manner. This includes rigging equipment, controlling crane movement, inspecting equipment, maintaining safety procedures, and assisting other departments. The position involves following safety protocols and compliance with McAllister's Safety Policy.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with an overhead crane
- Licensed under federal, state, and local law
- Crane Operator Certificate from a nationally recognized program (preferred)
- Current Transportation Workers Identification Card
