Business Development Manager

Responsible for developing business/sales relationships with potential clients, identifying and prioritizing pursuit opportunities, and assembling pursuit teams to lead McCarthy's pursuit process.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Specific experience in commercial and industrial construction industry a plus
• Track record of success in past roles
• Developing business acumen (financially and operationally)
• Clear understanding of primary industry delivery models
• Proactive and execution-oriented approach to business development
• Collaborative team leadership and team building characteristics
• Ability to influence up to senior levels in organizations
• Excellent communication skills
