Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Human Resources to join a new business unit's leadership team and serve as a trusted advisor, shaping talent strategies that strengthen the business and foster a high-performing culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Superior attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience successfully navigating a complex environment utilizing strong communication skills
- Excellent active listening, consultative, negotiation and presentation skills
