This role will provide strategic leadership and oversight of human resources functions across assigned business units, regions, and national lines of business. As a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership, you will align HR strategy with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and performance.

• Provides strategic leadership and oversight of human resources functions
• Serves as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership
• Develops, implements, and oversees HR policies, programs, and procedures
• Leads and oversees all aspects of employee relations
• Drives workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
• Oversees recruitment and onboarding strategy
• Leads compensation strategy execution
• Oversees benefits administration
• Oversees Workers’ Compensation and leave management processes
• Utilizes data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategy
• Leads performance management processes
• Drives employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Designs and delivers or oversees leadership training and development programs
• Supports and leads organizational change efforts
• Facilitates HR operating rhythms and service delivery models
