Project Manager - MEP

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for leading the project team, ensuring quality and timely completion of the project, and maintaining thorough understanding of the McCarthy/Owner contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
• 5+ years of experience with $50M+ in healthcare, commercial, laboratory, higher education, aviation, mission critical construction required
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing experience is strongly desired
• Advanced knowledge of MEP construction principles/practices required
• Experienced dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors
• Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
