Job Description
The MEP Senior Project Manager leads the project team in the MEP portions of the project, responsible for providing effective leadership to the MEP project staff and ensuring quality and timely completion of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 10+ years of experience with $50M+ or multiple projects in healthcare, commercial, laboratory, higher education, aviation, mission critical construction
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing experience is strongly desired
- Advanced knowledge of MEP construction principles/practices
- Experienced dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors
- Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
