Job Description
McCarthy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Administrator to help support a healthcare megaproject in Houston, TX.
Requirements
- 7+ years administrative experience in the construction industry
- 5+ years experience with certified payroll, pay applications, AP & AR
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, multi-task, meet critical deadlines with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work with all levels of project staff and organization
- Experience with Oracle preferred
