Job Description
McCarthy TĂ©trault is a Canadian law firm seeking a Bilingual Document Specialist to join its national document services team. The successful candidate will work with lawyers and professionals across Canada, creating and formatting documents, proofreading, and providing firm-wide document support.
Requirements
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required
- College certificate (office administration, legal specialization, or related)
- Three years of experience in a professional work environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type with a speed of 80-100 words per minute
