Job Description
McCarthy TĂ©trault is a Canadian law firm seeking a Bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team in Montreal. The successful candidate will provide support to team members, manage requests, and perform basic document support and production. Bilingualism in French and English is a requirement for this position.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant program
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the legal field
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong word processing, spelling, proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work effectively with other team members and demonstrate tact, respect, and professionalism in all interactions
