Process Production Engineer

Role Overview

What You Will Do

As a key member of the Operations team, you will partner with Production leadership to achieve daily, weekly, and annual production goals, monitor plant performance, and identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• 4–7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, production engineering, or operations support
• Strong understanding of plant operations, process optimization, and manufacturing processes
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and driving operational improvements
• Demonstrated ability to influence teams and collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Technical, and EHS functions
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
