Job description
The Production Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing units at Synthomer's Jefferson Site in Pennsylvania. They will provide technical support to maintain safe and reliable operations, and identify improvements to support business objectives.
Monitor operating data, analyze and troubleshoot issues, develop and review procedures, lead incident investigations, and serve as a Division Representative on capital projects.
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, 2-5 years of experience in chemical engineering or a related field, and strong troubleshooting skills. They should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and able to lead cross-functional teams.
