Maintenance Manager responsible for providing leadership for the Maintenance function within a high-performance team environment, overseeing daily management and driving improvement activities.
Requirements
- Relevant technical experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance (P.M.) practices
- Full supervisory responsibility for a team, ensuring motivation and professional development through effective leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including successful completion of complex projects
- Proven experience in facility management (including HVAC systems) and energy management
- Solid understanding of how maintenance integrates with other operational areas
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key internal stakeholders
- Close collaboration with Engineering and Area Supervisors
- Fluent English (required)
- Knowledge of ATEX regulations and management of explosive-risk areas is a strong advantage
