Regional Window Service Technician

The Regional Window Service Representative will assist customers by servicing, repairing, or replacing aluminum, vinyl, or wood windows. The job requires frequent travel with occasional overnight travel.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision
• Able to remain professional and courteous at all times
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers with personal services
• Basic and intermediate knowledge of building products
• Current driver’s license and auto liability insurance
• Previous experience installing and repairing windows
