Window Service Technician

We are seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Window Service Technician to join Renewal by Andersen, a custom division of Andersen Windows, in Indianapolis, IN. The successful candidate will provide service performance and address warranty issues with windows and doors, troubleshoot jobs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience installing or working with windows and doors
• Custom window and door installation knowledge
• Thorough experience with using a metal brake and caulking
• Familiarity with and able to do some minor trim work around windows and patio doors
• Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component
• Good computer skills
• A valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
• Ability to up to 100lbs and climb a ladder unassisted
