Job Description
The position of Cleaning Technician at Aggie Village is responsible for maintaining the appearance and upkeep of properties. Tasks include cleaning facilities and common areas, operating equipment and supplies, and reporting damages and issues. The position requires a high school diploma and one year of custodial experience.
Requirements
- Clean assigned facilities and common areas
- Perform turnover cleanings according to MDI guidelines
- Operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report damages and issues
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks
- Abide by safety standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll timesheets and work orders
